Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (D!’s Dance School GmbH, Holzmarktstraße 11, 10179 Berlin, email: info@deesdanceschool.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website ( https://deesdanceschool.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/DDS_Widerruf_03_2023-AUSFUELLBAR-.pdf ). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (eg by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
